Step 2: We provide you with several design and styling options, including color palettes, atmosphere, flowers, accessories – all in accordance with your wishes and budget, of course. We also suggest wedding venues that meet these criteria, and we personally visit them. All your desires will be explored with our wedding planner and event planners to provide you with a unique offer that suits your tastes.
Step 3: An illustrator presents our ideas by drawing mood boards. These boards depict what the wedding venue will look like on the big day, reflecting the collaborative efforts of your wedding planner and florist. This is an optional service that we offer to help you visualize the outcome.

Installation Usually, we set up your decor on the morning of your wedding. For more extensive installation projects, we allocate two to three days to arrange the wedding venue design. This is particularly the case for tent or arbor installations, which involve assembling an entire structure and installing flooring, among other tasks. If you opt for 3D mapping, it also requires two days: the first day for setting up the equipment and the second for testing the proper functioning of the 3D mapping. Consequently, we need to rent the wedding venue for several days as well.
Please Pay Attention Do not book the wedding venue before you start working with your wedding planner. Even if you already have a venue in mind, it is essential to let your wedding planner negotiate the rental agreement. Depending on the design you choose together, you may require extra installation days, and if this was not included in the initial agreement, you might face a higher cost. Therefore, remember to opt for full-service wedding planning to save time.
