Let’s start with this famous Medici Column. It is glued to the Bourse de Commerce. This column was commissioned by Catherine de Medici, then Queen of France, for the purpose of admiring the sky. It is 31 meters high and 3 meters wide. On the platform above, you can see the cardinal points.
Outside, the column is adorned with mirrors and lilies.
