Since May 3, 2021, France has authorized travel throughout France, in countries of the European Union and countries outside the European Union. Weddings are allowed in France and borders opened.<\/span><\/p>

From Wednesday May 19, 2021, French people as well as foreigners who want to say “I do” to their beloved in France will be able to do so, with far fewer restrictions than in recent months. You will still have to respect a number of rules. The limit of guests per table will be 6 people maximum. Barrier gestures must be respected by the staff as well as by the guests. You should wash your hands frequently, keep 2 meters away from all people, wear a mask when physical distancing is not possible, avoid touching your face, coughing or sneezing into your elbow or into a tissue.<\/span><\/p>

A PCR test or a health passport will not be necessary, but it is still recommended.<\/span><\/p>

The 4 phases:<\/span><\/h2>

– Until May 19, 2021, the curfew begins from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. From May 19 until June 9, the curfew will be at 9 p.m. From June 9 to June 30 the curfew will be extended until 11 p.m. and from June 30 there will be no curfew until further orders. After each curfew, participants must stay on site. When it comes to the wedding ball, event professionals aren’t sure if extending the celebration beyond the curfew is allowed in France.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– From May 19, castels and village halls will be able to reopen their doors. The bride and groom will be able to get married within the setting of their dream. They will be able to say “I do” in front of more guests than the last few months. From May 19 to June 8, catering must be done outdoors, indoor catering will not be possible. In an indoor reception venue, guests should only be seated in order to be allowed in France.<\/span><\/p>

Due to the health crisis, a protocol must still be respected. The reception venue must accommodate 35% of its capacity. This rule also applies to outdoor structures such as tents,… If the capacity of a reception venue is 100 people, there should only be 35 people in all, the bride and groom are included in the price. this digit. The guests will be able to stand, unlike the indoor reception venue. Buffets and standing meals outside should be favored.<\/span><\/p>

<\/a>– From June 9, the gauge will drop to 50% indoors. There could thus be 50 people in a reception venue with an initial capacity of 100 people. Unlike the first phase, indoor catering will be authorized. Meals should only be seated.<\/span><\/p>

For an outdoor reception venue, this gauge will be 65%. The guests will be able to stand, unlike the indoor reception venue.<\/span><\/p>

– From June 30, reception venues will be able to accommodate 100% of their capacity indoors and outdoors. Catering can be done indoors and outdoors. The guests will be able to stand and sit in from this last phase.<\/span><\/p>
