Inga, I am not quite sure how to put in words just how grateful I am to Inga and how truly incredible she is. My husband and I reached out to her based off of her google ratings and it was the best decision we made in our wedding. We had many trickier components for her to incorporate in our wedding. My husband is a French, Moroccan, Algerian, and I am an American who grew up in Asia. We wanted to get married in Paris, where we met, and we live in Geneva, Switzerland so she needed to be our feet on the ground. With so many cultures, traditions, and components to take into consideration, she did it seemlessly and with such grace and fierceness. Always ensuring we got the best price she could get us with vendors. Messaging me to not worry about one single thing and give her every worry. When I caught a glimpse of what she was outlining for our wedding early on, I knew she was right. Inga allowed me to spend 10 months completely relaxed and carefree, knowing every value that mattered to us was accounted for. The wedding ended up being nearly 200 people from every continent and she ensured they all had all their needs met and questions answered. The day of the wedding, my breath was taken away. I could never have even dreamed of what she created. While I was in awe, I was the bride and as any bride knows, you are very occupied in the best ways possible, so I will use the words of my dearest friend to sum it up : “What an incredible celebratory event! Wow. I have never been to such an amazing wedding. The venue was SO beautiful. The garden was such an intimate environment, perfect for the ceremony. Every part of the ceremony was special. When you walked inside, it smelled like the most intoxicating flowers immediately which I never experienced before. The poignant tying in of Moroccan singing and dancing before dinner was nothing I have ever seen before and brought people to tears with how special it was. So joyful. The food was the best wedding food I have ever tasted. My husband, who doesn’t like sweets, said the desserts were incredible. I was in awe of the downstairs dance floor and room. Beautifully decorated. The lighting, hanging lanterns, serving dishes – even the water glasses were beautiful and stacked in an ornate tower – everything about it. The music was fantastic and everyone was having a blast on the dance floor. The whole thing, every detail, was immaculate.” There are many wedding planners, but you will never find anyone like Inga. She fights the battles on your behalf so you don’t have to, she works with THE BEST people possible, she takes your dream and makes it even better than you could have dreamt of, she gives you the wedding that leaves you wanting to live and relive it over and over again, and then after all that, she becomes a dear friend. Words cannot describe how grateful we are that we found Inga to be our wedding planner. In just a matter of four months Inga was able to create the wedding of our dreams. My husband and I are both military members from America and knew very little French, but Inga was able to turn all of our wants and desires into reality. From the hair and make up, flowers and food , to car services, and the venue , Inga had it all. Even down to the little things like champagne and macaroons, Inga was there every step of the way. I don\u2019t even know where to start because Inga was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease. She listened to everything we wanted (even our craziest ideas!) and somehow brought them all to life in a way that felt effortless and even more beautiful than we imagined. Nothing was ever too much for her, she\u2019s the kind of person who will do absolutely everything you ask for and never make you feel like it\u2019s a burden.<\/p>

One of the biggest highlights of working with her was her incredible network of vendors. Every single person she brought on board was not only extremely talented but also warm, collaborative, and so easy to work with. It really felt like we had this dream team supporting us, and that made such a difference to how relaxed and happy we felt in the lead-up to the big day.<\/p>

On top of that, she\u2019s a total pro when it comes to logistics. She handled all the moving parts so seamlessly that we didn\u2019t have to worry about a single thing. We were able to completely let go and just enjoy the day, knowing she had everything under control behind the scenes.<\/p>

We just celebrated our wedding in Paris and Inga\u2019s attention to detail and coordination of all the vendors involved allowed my wife and I the opportunity to truly enjoy this most important event. Inga ensured that all vendor activities went according to plan, that our guests felt continually cared for, and that the transitions, where things can feel undone, went seamlessly. The process of planning became fun as we were allowed to focus on ideas that Inga made happen to create a 3 day celebration that no one in attendance will forget. I initially started the process thinking I could put the event together myself and was quickly overwhelmed with the number of issues and questions without the intimate knowledge necessary to effect our desired outcome. It also became clear that I was going to have to make at least some planning trips to Paris to ensure our goals would be satisfied. I thankfully found Inga who quickly worked to understand what our perfect ceremony looked and would feel like to us; and she went to work showing us new venues and providing ideas that actually achieved what we wanted to create. Our greatest gift was provided by Inga with a ceremony and events that exceeded our expectations in every way, including a small personal touch that Inga provided in a small wedding gift we gave to our guests that continues to be a conversation piece for all those in attendance. I would like to thank Inga (Wedding in France) for a fantastic job planning and executing my intimate wedding on September 5, 2023. As an American who doesn’t speak any French, I was very nervous about planning my destination wedding in Loire Valley until I met Inga.<\/p>

Not only did she introduce me to the best vendors for floral, entertainment, etc., she also navigated me through the entire process of which vendor would be the most professional and best fit for me. Even after we hired vendors, she helped me by liaising with them on a weekly basis. She listened to my concerns on every single decision, and put a lot of work behind the scenes to iron out any potential issues with other third parties we were working with in France for the wedding.<\/p>

She has been a great partner throughout this entire process and most of all, I would like to thank her for being such an energetic, fun, bright, and caring person. I can tell she genuinely cares about all the wedding couples she works with and personally gives it her all because she wants to see them happy on their most special day. This is what clearly sets her apart from other event planners.<\/p>

Many of our guests remarked that it was truly the best wedding they have been to and that all the events during the two day festivities which included afternoon tea, picnic in the forest, dinners, dance parties, etc. were perfectly put together. Inga works through planning your dream wedding step by step with you by listening to your hopes and what you have pictured in your head. Planning an international wedding definitely comes with its challenges especially the language barrier – Inga worked and communicated with all of the vendors to make our dream come to life. And her vendor recommendations were all exquisite. Our wedding was unique, it was held at a large rental property rather than a traditional wedding venue – we were the first wedding to be held at this proper so every item had to be outsourced which was not a small task. What a day! Our elopement was perfect! Where do I begin? Inga was a joy to work with through the process of planning our elopement in Paris. When we started planning our elopement the thought of planning a wedding in another country was daunting to say the least. We were also nervous to be planning a wedding as a same-sex couple. Inga blew us away with her customer service and seamless planning. She adjusted the amenities offered since we didn\u2019t have a bride. She gave us several options for photographers and locations to hold our ceremony. When we asked for a location next to the Seine, she knew just the place and accommodated our request. The celebrant she chose for us wrote a deeply personal ceremony that we will never forget.<\/p>

She took care of communicating \/ coordinating with all the vendor there for me and helped me when I was having difficulty with certain people. She made everything come together seamlessly. Never did I think I could pull off a successful, BEAUTIFUL, destination wedding and I wouldn\u2019t have been able to do it without Inga. And a limousine (special thanks to the driver), and violinists and an arch from the right selection of flowers, and my bouquet (bride’s bouquet), it turned out exactly as I described it to you, even better, it was very beautiful), for a wonderful make-up and hairstyle , and for the restaurant in which the wedding took place, the dishes were amazing, sooo tasty, it was impossible to tear yourself away, and of course the cake was beautiful and delicious. In general, everyone, both us and the guests, loved everything! Well, special thanks for choosing the castle, until the last, before coming to Paris, I didn\u2019t look on the Internet what this castle looks like, which you chose and advised us to get even more emotions, and when I saw it, it just shocked me and my husband including all guests. Thank you for taking care of our room, choosing us the hotel royal apartments. The castle was wonderful: the staff, the decor, the food, it was calm, quiet and comfortable!
